Terms & Conditions


Delivery:

  1. Select Self-collection or Delivery
  2. Delivery time:10.30am – 7:30pm.
  3. Delivery will be +/- 30mins within stated delivery time.
  4. Delivery charge: Buffet: Min $50 ($52.80 w/GST). Mini Buffet & Platter & Bento: Min $30 ($32.10 w/GST). Half Day Seminar Package: Min $60. Full Day Seminar Package: Min $80. 
  5. An additional surcharge of $10 ($10.70 w/GST) is applicable for central areas denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01,04,05,06,07,08; Marina Square – 03,17; Orchard – 22,23; Bras Basah – 18,19; Jurong Island.
  6. Menu is not available for delivery to Downtown East and Sentosa.
  7. Delivery changes are subjected to availability of delivery slots.  
  8. Delivery timings are not allowed to be changed on the event date.
  9. A surcharge of $50 to $100 is applicable for delivery to venue without lifting landing.

Cancellation of Order:

  1. Cancellation of order must be more than 3 days. Surcharge of $30 administrative fee are applicable.
  2. 50% of the total bill will be chargeable if cancellation of order is made ≤ 3 days prior to event date.
  3. 100% of the total bill will be chargeable if cancellation of order is made on event date.

Rental Services:

  1. One extra table (3ft by 3ft) with skirting - $10
  2. Extra Stool - $0.70 / pc

Payment Services:

  1. Payment must be made 3 days in advance.
  2. Price quoted are subjected to GST.

Points to Note:

  1. We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice.
  2. We are not liable for any form of food allergy, sensitivity and contamination of food after delivery.
  3. We shall not be held liable for the non–performance of our services or late delivery if because of war, riot, strike, flood or any reason not within the reasonable control of the company.
  4. Missing or spoilt buffet items are chargeable.
  5. Collection time is 3 hours later.
  6. We do not provide food container to customer as food is supposed to be consumed within 4 hours.

  1. Free to choose any décor themes.
